India should celebrate Children's day in name of four Sahibzadas of Guru Gobind Singh Ji : DSGMC

New Delhi, November 12, 2017: The Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management  Committee (DSGMC) has urged the Prime Minister Mr. Narinder Modi to  order celebration of Children's Day in the country in the name of four Sahibzadas of tenth sikh guru ji, Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

        

  In a letter written to the Prime Minister,  the DSGMC General Secretary Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that though we has no intention to hurt anybody's sentiments but it is high time that world should know the history of India.  He said that the world has acknowledged your work in making India a developed country and every world leader and institution was praising the personal efforts being made by you for the country. He said that no one other can  understand this issue better than you as there is no other sacrifice like the supreme sacrifice made by four sons of Guru Gobind Singh ji for the national security and safety. He said that it was also imperative to take this decision so as to educate our young generation about the  history of India and how the young ones sacrificed their lives for peace, justice and safeguarding the religion of the country.

          Mr. Sirsa said that on a number of occasions you have made observations on human issues and implementing this proposal will be a great service for the humanity and no one other is better than you to understand this issue and take a decision in this regard.

          Mr. Sirsa drew his attention towards the the heroic deeds, unparalleled valor and supreme sacrifices made by the revered sons (lovingly called Char Sahibzade) of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji who sacrificed their lives for the pride of this country. It is the talk of that time when there was a dictatorship, injustice, chaos everywhere in the country. The then evil Mughal Emperor- Aurangzeb chalked out a political wicked strategy for forcible conversion of religion of Hindu people into Islam which shook the whole country. There was no one standing against the tyrannical rule of Mughal Emperor- Aurangzeb except Sikh Guru-Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji who sacrificed his life for the humanity and his footsteps were followed by his son Guru Gobind Singh Ji and grandsons (Char Sahibzade). Due to their sacrifices, the evil Mughal emperor Aurangzeb had to drop the evil policy of forceful conversion. They fought for the country and freedom of religion against foreign invaders - Mughals.

          Elaborating further Mr. Sirsa said that in the Battle of Chamkaur which took place in December, 1704 CE in which Sahibzada Ajit Singh Ji and Sahibzada Jujhar Singh Ji were 18 and 14 years old respectively when they along with 40 Sikh warriors gave a strong fight to the Mughal Army in the battle of Chamkaur Sahib. They achieved martyrdom as warriors in this battle.

While the younger ones, Chote Sahibzaade, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji and Sahibzada Fateh Singh Ji, were just 6 and 9 years old when they were bricked alive for refusing to accept Islam. 

All of them died as martyrs at a very tender age.  'Char Sahibzade' were the great personalities who sacrificed their lives to save common people from the tyranny of Aurangzeb and his cruel Wazirs on the path of righteousness like their grandfather Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji and father Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji –Sikh Gurus. There is no comparison of valor, sacrifices made by them not only in the history of India but also the history of world.  They fought like a valiant soldiers thus inscribing their names in the history in golden letters.

          He said that words fail to describe the infinite courage shown by them who were bravery and focused to stand for the ideals set by their grandfather and father. They were not even lured by the promise of lavish gifts and cosy comforts.

          Mr. Sirsa urged the PM that India should recognize their sacrifice as supreme one and pay the brave souls tribute by dedicating Children's Day in their name. A nation that values its past has a brighter future. So we request you to consider this plea and make the much-needed change. India needs to pay tribute to the sacrifice of Chaar Sahibzaade.

          Meanwhile Mr. Sirsa has also urged the Singh Sabhas acroos the country to urge PM for  this noble cause and write letters to him in this regard.

20 AAP विधायकों की सदस्यता रद्द, चुनाव आयोग की सिफारिश को राष्ट्रपति की मंजूरी

आम आदमी पार्टी के 20 विधायकों की सदस्यता समाप्त हो गई है। लाभ के पद का विवाद खड़ा होने के बाद चुनाव आयोग ने आप के 20 विधायकों को अयोग्य घोषित कर अपनी सिफारिश राष्ट्रपति को सौंपी थी। राष्ट्रपति ने इसे अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है। आप विधायकों को अयोग्य घोषित करने को लेकर नोटिफिकेशन भी जारी कर दिया गया है।आम आदमी पार्टी ने चुनाव आयोग की अनुशंसा आने के बाद राष्ट्रपति से मिलने की अनुमति मांगी थी। पार्टी का आरोप था कि बिना विधायकों का पक्ष सुने चुनाव आयोग ने अपना फैसला सुना दिया है। हालांकि इस मुलाकात से पहले ही राष्ट्रपति ने विधायकों की सदस्यता रद्द करने को अपनी मंजूरी दे दी। 

अब आम आदमी पार्टी के सामने केवल कोर्ट में जाने का ही विकल्प बचा है। हाई कोर्ट में इस मामले की सुनवाई सोमवार को होनी है। हाई कोर्ट से राहत नहीं मिली तो आप सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटा सकती है। अगर आप अपने विधायकों की सदस्यता रद्द होने के फैसले को स्वीकार करती है तो अब दूसरा रास्ता उपचुनाव का ही बचता है।

 यह है पूरा मामला 
दिल्ली सरकार ने मार्च, 2015 में 'आप' के 21 विधायकों को संसदीय सचिव बना दिया था। बीजेपी और कांग्रेस ने इसपर सवाल उठाए थे। प्रशांत पटेल नाम के शख्स ने राष्ट्रपति के पास याचिका लगाकर आरोप लगाया था कि ये 21 विधायक लाभ के पद पर हैं, इसलिए इनकी सदस्यता रद होनी चाहिए। दिल्ली सरकार ने दिल्ली असेंबली रिमूवल ऑफ डिस्क्वॉलिफिकेशन ऐक्ट-1997 में संशोधन किया था। इस विधेयक का मकसद संसदीय सचिव के पद को लाभ के पद से छूट दिलाना था, जिसे तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी ने नामंजूर कर दिया था। 

इस मामले में पहले 21 विधायकों की संख्या थी, लेकिन जरनैल सिंह पहले ही पार्टी से इस्तीफा दे चुके हैं ऐसे में विधायकों की संख्या 20 ही रह गई थी।इस मामले में राष्ट्रपति ने चुनाव आयोग को जांच कर रिपोर्ट देने को कहा था।

केजरीवाल का बीजेपी पर हमला, जनता से अपील- भरोसा बनाए रखना, जीत सच्चाई की होगी

आम आदमी पार्टी के 20 विधायकों को अयोग्य घोषित किए जाने की सिफारिश पर राष्ट्रपति की मंजूरी के बाद दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने बीजेपी पर निशाना साधा है। उन्होंने कहा, 'इन्होंने हमें खूब प्रताड़ित किया। हमारे विधायकों पर फर्जी केस करवाए। मेरे ऊपर सीबीआई रेड करवाई लेकिन उन्हें कुछ नहीं मिला, अंत में आज इन्होंने हमारे 20 विधायक अयोग्य करार कर दिए।' केजरीवाल ने रविवार को ट्वीट कर कहा कि हर कदम पर ऊपरवाला आम आदमी पार्टी के साथ है। 
खास बात यह है कि केजरीवाल चुनावी मोड में भी आ गए हैं। उन्होंने नजफगढ़ में एक कार्यक्रम में कहा, 'दोस्तों, हमपर भरोसा बनाए रखना, एकता बनाए रखना, जनता सब देख रही है। न्याय जरूर मिलेगा। अंत में जीत सच्चाई की होगी।' गौरतलब है कि चुनाव आयोग ने लाभ के पद मामले में AAP के 20 विधायकों को अयोग्य घोषित करने की सिफारिश की थी, जिसे राष्ट्रपति ने रविवार को स्वीकार कर लिया। इसके बाद केंद्र ने इस बाबत अधिसूचना भी जारी कर दी। केजरीवाल ने कहा, 'मैं हमेशा से कहता आया हूं कि ये सब ऊपरवाले का ही चमत्कार है। उसे भी पता होगा कि ये लोग तीन साल बाद हमारे 20 विधायकों को अयोग्य ठहरा देंगे इसीलिए ऊपरवाले ने हमें 70 में से 67 सीटें दीं।' एक कार्यक्रम में बोलते हुए दिल्ली के सीएम ने कहा कि 100 रुपये में पहले जितने काम होते थे उससे दोगुने काम हम 100 रुपये में करा देते हैं। एक-एक रुपया बचाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा, 'इन लोगों ने सीबीआई की रेड कराई, इन्हें पूरे देश में केजरीवाल ही सबसे भ्रष्ट मिला था। आए थे घर और दफ्तर, 24 घंटे जांच की पर केवल 4 मफलर मिले।' केजरीवाल ने LG पर भी हमला बोला। उन्होंने कहा कि 2 साल की हमारी 400 फाइलों की एलजी साहब ने 4 महीने तक 20 अफसरों से जांच कराई पर कुछ नहीं मिला। आज इन्होंने 20 विधायकों को अयोग्य घोषित करवा दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि सच्चाई और ईमानदारी के रास्ते पर जब हम चलते हैं तो कई कठिनाइयां सामने आती हैं लेकिन ब्रह्मांड की सारी शक्तियां आपकी मदद करती हैं।

20 MLA अयोग्य: AAP ने कहा, फैसला प्राकृतिक न्याय के खिलाफ

लाभ के पद को लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी के 20 विधायकों की सदस्यता रद्द होने पर आम आदमी पार्टी ने जहां इसे प्राकृतिक न्याय के सिद्धांत के खिलाफ बताया है, वहीं कांग्रेस ने आरोप लगाया है कि इस मामले में बीजेपी और चुनाव आयोग ने AAP की मदद की है। AAP नेता गोपाल राय ने कहा कि पार्टी ने तय किया था वह राष्ट्रपति से मिलकर अपनी बात रखेगी लेकिन उन्हें यह मौका नहीं दिया गया। AAP के एक और नेता आशुतोष ने इसे लोकतंत्र के लिए खतरा बताया है।
दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण और प्राकृतिक न्याय के खिलाफ फैसला: AAP 
लाभ के पद मामले में चुनाव आयोग ने शुक्रवार को राष्ट्रपति से AAP के 20 सदस्यों की सदस्यता रद्द करने की सिफारिश की थी। रविवार को राष्ट्रपति ने चुनाव आयोग की सिफारिश को स्वीकार कर लिया। इस पर AAP के वरिष्ठ नेता गोपाल राय ने कहा कि हमने तय किया था कि राष्ट्रपति से मिलकर अपनी बात रखेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि जब शनिवार को AAP ने राष्ट्रपति भवन से संपर्क किया तो उन्हें बताया गया कि राष्ट्रपति अभी बाहर हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें राष्ट्रपति के पास अपना पक्ष नहीं रखने दिया गया। यह फैसला दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है और प्राकृतिक न्याय के खिलाफ है। बता दें कि चुनाव आयोग के फैसले को AAP ने शुक्रवार को ही दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी, जहां से पार्टी को फौरी राहत नहीं मिली। हाई कोर्ट में सोमवार को इस मामले की सुनवाई है। 
राय ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी न्याय के लिए कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाएगी। उन्होंने कहा, 'हाई कोर्ट से लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक न्याय की गुहार लगाएंगे...उम्मीद है कि न्याय मिलेगा...चुनाव आयोग के पक्षपातपूर्ण रवैये के खिलाफ न्याय मिलेगा।' AAP के एक और नेता आशुतोष ने पार्टी विधायकों की सदस्यता रद्द करने के राष्ट्रपति के फैसले को लोकतंत्र के लिए खतरा बताया है। लाभ के पद मामले में अपनी विधानसभा सदस्यता गंवाने वाली चांदनी चौक से AAP की पूर्व विधायक अलका लांबा ने मोदी सरकार पर संवैधानिक संस्थाओं के राजनीतिक इस्तेमाल का आरोप लगाया है। लांबा ने कहा कि मोदी सरकार पिछले 3 सालों से दिल्ली की केजरीवाल सरकार को अस्थिर करने की कोशिश कर रही है। 

चुनाव आयोग ने अपना काम किया: BJP 
चुनाव आयोग पर AAP द्वारा सवाल उठाने पर बीजेपी सांसद मीनाक्षी लेखी ने कहा कि चुनाव आयोग ने अपना काम किया। लेखी ने कहा कि AAP के राज्यसभा उम्मीदवारों ने चुनाव जीता यह बताता है कि चुनाव आयोग अपनी गति से काम कर रहा था और उस पर किसी तरह का कोई दबाव नहीं था। 
BJP और EC ने AAP को फायदा पहुंचाया: कांग्रेस 
एक तरफ AAP जहां केंद्र की बीजेपी सरकार पर हमला कर रही है तो दूसरी तरफ कांग्रेस ने बीजेपी पर ही AAP की मदद का आरोप लगाया है। दिल्ली कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष अजय माकन ने कहा कि बीजेपी और चुनाव आयोग ने फैसले में 3 हफ्तों से ज्यादा की देरी करके आम आदमी पार्टी की मदद की है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर यह फैसला 22 दिसंबर से पहले आया होता और ये 20 विधायक अयोग्य ठहराए गए होते तो वे राज्यसभा चुनाव में वोट डालने के योग्य नहीं होते। बता दें कि हाल ही में दिल्ली से 3 राज्यसभा सीटों पर AAP उम्मीदवार निर्विरोध निर्वाचित हुए हैं।
